All Canto House pieces are designed and fabricated by hand in Brooklyn, New York. Jewelry is made to order especially for you, so please allow up to three weeks from date of purchase for your handmade jewelry to ship. Art Prints ship within 5 business days of purchase and block prints ship in 1-2 weeks from date of purchase. If you have special timing requirements, feel free to message me using the contact section of my website and I will do my best to work with you.  Thank you for your patience and for shopping small. Jewelry Care

Canto House jewelry is crafted to last, and while durable, jewelry is also delicate by nature and may show signs of love as it is worn. Your piece will evolve and transform with you, so please remember that scratches and small dents are normal. That said, the following suggestions will help you to care for and preserve your piece:

• Keep pieces away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, sprays and other cosmetics as they can affect the metal, patina and stones in your piece.
• Refrain from showering, swimming, and hand washing with jewelry when possible. 
• When not wearing your piece, store in a dark and dry place, like a jewelry box.
• If your piece gets tarnished, loses some of its shine, or gets dirt stuck in the engravings, simply polish your jewelry with a microfiber cloth to restore its sparkle. A good way to get the dirt out of the engravings is to lightly scrub with soapy water and a soft toothbrush.
• Please note that I use a patina on many of my pieces to make the engravings stand out. When polishing, do not polish on blackened areas as this will remove the patina.
• If your piece is gold-plated, please know that plating has a tendency to scratch over time – this applies mainly to rings, due to the impact they take on a day to day basis. If your piece is plated, be sure to take extra care and take your piece off when cleaning, swimming and using skin products or perfumes.

Sizing

When ordering a ring, please be sure that you are ordering in the correct size. If you are unsure of your ring size, please visit any jewelry store that sells rings and they will be able to accurately size your finger. It is also possible to print out or order ring-sizers to size yourself at home, though please be advised that this is often less accurate.

I am a solo-maker and I carefully craft each piece. I hope you understand that due to the long hours and attention that goes into making each piece, I am not able to offer returns. If something is wrong with your piece, please reach out to me and I will work with you to make it right.
